I’ve been exceptionally pleased with the service that beIN Sports Australia has
received from Servecalls since we made the decision to switch our outsource partner
for our pay television business. We’ve now moved 100% of our contact centre
operations to Servecalls’ purpose built, state of the art, contact centre in Mauritius.
There have been a number of business benefits associated with the move in terms
of sales conversion, customer retention, campaign responses, timely management
information and overall cost ratios. The project management of the migration
was very impressive and we were able to fully migrate our entire operation within
a 4 week period.
Servecalls now provide my team and I with a far better and a more consistent suite
of reports than we have been used to. These reports help us to understand our
customers in greater detail, enabling us to make more informed management and
marketing decisions. Understandably, I am delighted that we’ve also managed to
significantly reduce operating costs whilst simultaneously improving the results and the
service offered to customers. I am grateful for the hard work undertaken by Matthew
Kemp (CEO Servecalls) and his impressive team that he has assembled. Servecalls
is owner managed and the experience that Matthew brings to the table and his
